Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon
A sweet, savory, and protein-packed salmon dish ready in under 30 minutes.

Pat salmon dry
with a paper towel and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Make the glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
Sear the salmon:
Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add salmon skin-side down (if using skin). Cook 4–5 minutes, flip, then cook another 2–3 minutes.
Add the glaze:
Pour the honey garlic mixture into the pan. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes, spooning the sauce over the salmon.
Optional:
Stir in a cornstarch slurry (1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water) for a thicker glaze.
Serve
hot with rice or steamed veggies. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
